The Challenge

A Press-Ready Event with No Margin for Error

PSA Airlines needed a press-ready AV and staging setup for their Charlotte grand opening. The event required broadcast-quality staging, multi-source audio for executives and presenters, dual projection for branding, and professional lighting — all installed and operational across three days with rehearsal support.

The client's team needed to run dry rehearsals before the live event, which meant our crew had to be on-site, ready to support audio cues, microphone handoffs, and projection switching before a single guest arrived.

Day 1 — Setup & Installation

Full stage construction, PA system installation, projector and screen rigging, microphone configuration, and lighting design. All systems tested and ready for rehearsal.

Day 2 — Staff Rehearsals & Dry Runs

On-site support for the client's team as they ran through presentations, microphone handoffs, and projection sequences. Real-time adjustments to audio levels, monitor mixes, and lighting scenes.

Day 3 — Live Event

Full technical operation during the live event. Microphone management, projection switching, audio mixing, and lighting operation — all handled by our crew so the client's team could focus entirely on hosting.
